B2B Gateway Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled B2B Gateway Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Axway B2Bi and a comprehensive understanding of B2B integration protocols. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless, secure, and compliant data exchange between partners, managing complex integration architectures, and maintaining system health in a high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Axway Expertise: Configure, deploy, and maintain Axway B2Bi and Gateway Interchange solutions on Windows and Linux platforms.
- Integration Management: Manage partner onboarding, community setup, and data-flow mapping to facilitate communication with global partners and health authorities.
- Technical Operations: Handle E2B R2/R3 case data exchange, troubleshoot import/export failures, and resolve acknowledgment (ACK) errors.
- System Maintenance: Perform system upgrades, patches, environment planning, and lifecycle management for the Axway B2Bi platform.
- Collaboration: Work closely with implementation teams, application teams, and external vendors to ensure accurate trading-partner integrations.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor data flows and system health; perform root-cause analysis on EDI failures, mapping issues, and communication disruptions.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce security policies, including message-level encryption, digital certificates, and SSL/TLS authentication to meet audit requirements.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Technology (BTech) or a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of professional experience in B2B integration and Axway tools (5-8 years preferred).
- Core Technical Skills: Axway B2Bi, EDI, Middleware, and B2B integration frameworks.
- Protocol Proficiency: AS2, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S, OFTP2, SOAP, REST APIs, and WSDL.
- Development & Scripting: Java, Shell Scripting, XML, XSLT, and JSON.
- Infrastructure & Security: Unix/Linux/Windows Administration, SSL/TLS, Digital Certificates, and Performance Tuning.
Work Arrangements
- Location: Hybrid (Noida / Bangalore).
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Remote/On-site: Hybrid work model with periodic office presence as required.
