Azure Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure, including virtual machines, compute resources, storage accounts, virtual networks, and security configurations, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability.
Cloud Operations and MSP Coordination: Collaborate with MSP teams to implement, maintain, and support cloud infrastructure, networking, application hosting, and DevOps solutions in alignment with business requirements.
Incident Management and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Azure infrastructure and service-related issues, perform root cause analysis, and minimize service disruptions and downtime.
Azure Configuration and Administration: Configure and manage Azure services, virtual machines, operating system resources, swap space, disks, and other infrastructure components based on application and organizational requirements.
Subscription and Access Management: Manage Azure subscriptions, resource groups, access permissions, and role-based access control (RBAC), ensuring appropriate access governance and resource organization.
Cloud Environment Management: Provision and manage cloud environments, including public and hybrid cloud infrastructure, and optimize workload placement and resource utilization.
Cost Optimization: Monitor cloud consumption, identify cost-saving opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and conduct monthly cost and infrastructure reviews with MSP partners to ensure budget adherence and operational efficiency.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell, Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates, and Terraform to automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and routine operational tasks.
Monitoring and Performance Management: Implement and maintain monitoring, alerting, and performance management using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, where applicable, to identify issues and maintain service availability.
Cloud Security and Compliance: Implement and maintain security controls, network security groups, identity and access policies, and infrastructure baselines. Use Microsoft Defender for Cloud (formerly Azure Security Center) to assess security posture, identify vulnerabilities, and support compliance requirements.
Networking and Load Balancing: Configure and manage Azure Virtual Networks, subnets, network security groups, load balancers, routing, and connectivity to support secure and reliable application workloads.
Scalability and Resource Optimization: Configure appropriate scaling and load-balancing mechanisms to accommodate changing workload demands and maintain application performance.
Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain infrastructure documentation, operational procedures, configuration standards, and incident records while following cloud governance and security best practices.
