Analyst II, Financial Data Compliance
The Analyst II, Financial Data Compliance, MIS assists with the maintenance of long-term, detailed, and accurate financial records on behalf of MIS? clients and submitting data reports to various regulatory bodies including NCCI and state regulators.
Key Responsibilities
- Assists with ensuring that accurate financial transaction records are kept and stored, and contributes to the management of various complex databases and data feeds to ensure accurate data is collected, stored, and retrieved.
- Performs financial data call services on behalf of clients, submits a variety of highly complex financial reports accurately and timely to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies, and pulls and cleans data and formats to NCCI and/or state insurance regulator specifications.
- Assists Accounting team with a variety of reporting and tasks, builds knowledge of insurance industry and MIS services and products, and collaborates with Accounting team on a variety of tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Data Management or related field, Tech, or Finance.
- 3+ years? experience in data management and reporting and/or data analysis.
- Experience coding and/or SQL.
- Insurance industry experience highly preferred.
Work Arrangements
- Full-time position located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Less than 5% travel required, domestic only.
Technical Skills
- Intermediate Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, Xlookup).
- SQL queries and database management knowledge preferred.

- Quick learner, flexible, adaptable.
- Extremely thorough and detailed, highest attention to data accuracy required.
- Excellent time management and ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
