Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst with hands-on experience in Alteryx Designer, data preparation, workflow automation, and data analysis. The candidate will be responsible for collecting, cleansing, transforming, and analyzing data from multiple sources to generate meaningful business insights and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize workflows using Alteryx Designer.

• Extract, cleanse, transform, and validate data from multiple sources.

• Automate repetitive data preparation and reporting processes using Alteryx.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, discrepancies, and business opportunities.

• Integrate data from Excel, CSV files, databases, and other enterprise systems.

• Work with SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.

• Perform data reconciliation, quality checks, and root-cause analysis.

• Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and insights for business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with business users, reporting teams, and technical teams to understand requirements.

• Document workflows, data processes, business rules, and analytical findings.

• Troubleshoot workflow failures and improve performance and efficiency.

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with organizational standards.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Alteryx Designer.

• Good understanding of data preparation, data cleansing, data blending, and transformation.

• Proficiency in SQL, including joins, aggregations, subqueries, and data manipulation.
