We are seeking a skilled Springboot Backend Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, with experience in designing and developing scalable backend applications. This role involves working with microservices architectures and building robust APIs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following industry best practices.
• Design and implement Microservices-based architectures.
• Build and enhance RESTful APIs for internal and external consumers.
• Develop secure and robust integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.
• Participate in solution design discussions and architecture reviews.
• Recommend appropriate design patterns and technical solutions.
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
• Design and optimize relational database schemas.
• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned data access layers.
• Troubleshoot application bottlenecks and optimize system performance.
• Implement caching strategies for high-volume applications.
• Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and improvements.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation.
• Participate in release planning and production deployments.
• Ensure observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.

Requirements

• Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong experience in Java 8/11/17.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.
• Experience with Dependency Injection & IOC, RESTful Services, and API Security (OAuth2, JWT).
• Familiarity with Swagger / OpenAPI Documentation, API Versioning and Governance, and Microservices Architecture.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
