Pega Senior Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Pega Senior Developer to support the design, development, and delivery of strategic Pega initiatives for a large-scale utility customer.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and configure Pega applications based on business requirements.
• Implement case management workflows, business rules, and user interfaces within the Pega platform.
• Build and support integrations with external applications using REST/SOAP services.
• Develop solutions using the Pega Constellation framework and modern UI capabilities.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to solution development.
• Perform unit testing, debugging, and defect resolution.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support production releases.
• Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and coding standards.
• Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies, estimations, and sprint deliveries.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Pega development experience.
• Certified Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) or Pega System Architect (CSA).
• Strong experience with the Pega Infinity Platform.
• Experience with Pega Constellation implementation and development.
• Good knowledge of case management, workflows, decisioning, and integrations.
• Experience with REST/SOAP services and enterprise integrations.
• Strong understanding of application debugging, performance tuning, and optimization.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
