Sr. Consultant (Active Directory)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with over 10 years of experience to manage and secure large-scale on-premises Active Directory environments. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in AD infrastructure, disaster recovery, and hybrid identity management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain large on-premises AD environments consisting of 50+ domain controllers.
• Execute AD hardening, infrastructure monitoring, and schema/domain/forest/OU management.
• Perform domain controller lifecycle tasks including build, promotion, demotion, and patching.
• Manage DHCP, DNS, and DFSR services.
• Implement and maintain AD Tiering models and Group Policy administration, including backup and restore procedures.
• Develop and utilize PowerShell scripting for automation and infrastructure management.
• Oversee Quest Disaster Recovery and Change Auditor implementations.
• Manage Azure Entra ID Connect and hybrid identity configurations.

Requirements

• Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience in Server Administration and Active Directory.
• Education: Degree required.
• Core Technical Skills: Active Directory Administration, AD Security Hardening, AD Backup/Restore/Disaster Recovery, FSMO Roles Management, and GPO Management.
• Infrastructure Skills: DNS, DHCP, Domain Services, and AD Certificate Services (AD CS).
• Identity & Access Management: IAM, Kerberos & NTLM Authentication, AD Connect (Hybrid Identity), and Azure Active Directory.
• Scripting: Mandatory proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
• Additional Skills (Recommended): SSO, MFA, and Conditional Access.
