We are seeking an experienced Backup & Storage specialist to manage enterprise storage environments across multiple locations in India. The role involves provisioning, performance monitoring, replication, capacity planning, firmware upgrades, troubleshooting, and storage optimization to ensure business continuity. The candidate will administer NetApp storage platforms, support migrations, upgrades, and operational governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage enterprise storage environments including provisioning, performance monitoring, replication, and capacity planning.
• Perform firmware upgrades, troubleshooting, and storage optimization.
• Administer NetApp storage platforms: volume management, snapshots, replication, and performance analysis.
• Support storage migrations, upgrades, and operational governance.

Requirements

• Education: Degree
• Experience: 8+ years (10 years total experience required)
• Mandatory skills: Networker, RMAN, Dell EMC storage technologies (Powermax, PowerStore, VNX), Data Domain.
• Desired skills: Networker, RMAN, Dell EMC storage technologies (Powermax, PowerStore, VNX), Data Domain.
