Experience in implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules is required for this contract position. The ideal candidate will have experience in case management, lifecycle event management, agent workspace, virtual agent, integration hub spokes, employee document management, and employee center portal.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement ServiceNow HRSD modules, including case management, lifecycle event management, agent workspace, virtual agent, integration hub spokes, employee document management, and employee center portal.
• Integrate with other HR/recruitment tools like HCM and Workday.
• Develop notifications, surveys, reports, and dashboards.
• Prepare design/architecture and review solutions with product owners.
• Develop PoCs and conduct code reviews/best practices reviews.
• Mentor junior developers.
• Conduct requirement gathering, consulting, and client communication.
• Lead client workshops and create HRSD workshops decks and workbooks.
• Map HR processes to HRSD capabilities and solutions.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow HRSD.
• Strong skills in ServiceNow HRSD, ITSM development, and ServiceNow domain.
• Ability to listen, interpret, strategize, and consult on HR processes.

Work Arrangements

• Shift timings: 02:00 PM ? 11:00 PM (hybrid work arrangement).
• Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India; Hyderabad, Telangana, India; Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
