We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Eligibility

3.3 Account Types
We offer two types of accounts:
- Candidate Accounts: For job seekers and professionals
- Employer Accounts: For companies and recruiters
4. User Conduct
When using our Service, you agree NOT to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Scrape, crawl, or data mine our platform
- Use automated systems or bots without permission
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
- Share your account with others
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose

- Assessment responses
- Messages and communications
5.2 License Grant
By submitting content, you grant VHire a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Store, process, and display your content
- Match you with relevant opportunities
- Share your profile with employers (with your consent)
- Improve our services and algorithms
5.3 Content Standards
All content must:
- Be accurate and truthful
- Not violate any third-party rights
- Not contain offensive or inappropriate material
- Comply with applicable laws
6. Assessments and Evaluations
6.1 Assessment Integrity
When taking assessments, you agree to:
- Complete assessments independently without assistance
- Not share assessment questions or answers
- Not use unauthorized resources or tools
- Allow proctoring when required
- Provide honest and original responses
6.2 Proctoring
Some assessments may include proctoring features such as:
- Webcam monitoring
- Screen recording
- Tab switching detection
- Keystroke analysis
By participating in proctored assessments, you consent to these monitoring activities.
6.3 Results
Assessment results are provided for informational purposes. We do not guarantee employment or specific outcomes based on assessment performance.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 Our Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by VHire and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
7.2 Trademarks
VHire, the VHire logo, and other marks are trademarks of VHire. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.
7.3 Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of our Service
- Reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices
- Use our intellectual property without permission
8. Payment Terms
Some features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a paid service:

- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

9. Termination

We do not guarantee employment, job placements, or specific outcomes from using our Service.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VHIRE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from use or inability to use the Service
- Actions of third parties
- Unauthorized access to your data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VHire and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
