Workday Extend and Integration Consultant
We are seeking a skilled Workday Extend and Integration Consultant with expertise in HRIS systems, particularly Workday, to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring systems, building reports and dashboards, and managing integrations with other systems. This role involves providing innovative solutions to business requirements and ensuring the efficient operation of HRIS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Expertise in HRIS systems (i.e., Workday, Case Management System, SnapLogic).
- Exposure to Workday Extend and Workday integrations.
- Configure systems, build and create reports and dashboards, and maintain integrations with other systems.
- Act as a consultant providing innovative solutions to business requirements.
- Provide advice, support, and maintain system-related business processes.
- Design, implement, and test system changes.
- Deliver essential support and manage system-related incidents.
- Contribute to developing and maintaining the knowledge database (symptoms and solutions) for efficient query resolution and knowledge transfer.
- Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and releases of HRIS systems.
- Coordinate with HRIS vendors to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Mass upload data changes as required.
- Propose system and process enhancements to improve HR operations.
Requirements
- Relevant IT qualification/degree.
- One to two years minimum experience with Workday.
- Experience in SAFe and Agile methodology is a strong plus.
- Flexibility to respond to and prioritize numerous technology requests.
- High-quality standards and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal, teamwork, presentation, and organization skills.
- Previous experience working in HR or an HRIS Service Centre or other customer-oriented environment is beneficial.
- Project management experience is desirable.
- Experience in working within a multi-national organization, a multi-cultural environment, and with remote teams.
- Flexible to work as per stakeholder timezone (EU timings).
- Fluent in English.
