Validation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Validation Engineer to join our team at Aptiv Components India Private Limited, contracted through Cadmaxx Solutions Pvt Ltd. This role is focused on ensuring the quality and compliance of automotive products through rigorous testing and validation processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive testing standards and hands-on experience with third-party test labs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct sample testing and setup verification at the bench level.
• Execute tests according to automotive EMI/EMC and environmental standards.
• Collaborate with third-party test labs such as ARAI, ICAT, TUV, SGS for testing and report reviews.
• Develop test plans and test reports.
• Utilize measurement instruments for accurate test execution.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma or BE/B Tech in Electrical or Electronics preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years in validation engineering within the automotive domain.
• Sound knowledge of testing requirements for EMI/EMC and Environmental (ENV) standards.
• Hands-on experience with test execution and measurement instruments.
• Familiarity with ISO/IEC and automotive EMI/EMC/ENV standards.
• Experience in test plan and test report development is a plus.
