Training Coordinator (Administrative Assistant)
As an Administrative Coordinator supporting the Talent & Development Strategy (T&DS) team and reporting into the Commercial Strategy within CSEC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of training programs and onboarding processes in EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate all aspects of Commercial Strategy training programs, including scheduling sessions, liaising with facilitators and ambassadors, managing registrations, and tracking attendance
- Support the organisation of any face-to-face training session, including logistics, catering, room booking, and expenses
- Serve as a point of contact for training-related queries, providing timely and accurate information to facilitators, ambassadors, and participants
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, registration, and feedback, and support analysis and reporting related to training demand and outcomes
- Manage feedback surveys for all training programs, including adapting materials and summarizing results
- Assist in updating training materials and update decks for ambassadors and team leads, and support the maintenance of the training Hub
- Ensure new joiners are included in RISE, added to waiting lists for onboarding courses, and supported through the onboarding process
- Organize onboarding courses, including CSLJ, BAF, DAF, PF, and other relevant courses, and coordinate with global teams as needed
- Support the continuous improvement of onboarding and training processes, suggesting enhancements and implementing best practices
- Provide critical support for training-related tasks, including managing Training KM activities, deployment of GenAI strategy, and other team initiatives
Requirements
- 3-4 years of experience in administrative or training support roles, preferably in consulting or professional services
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Effective communicator, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and Copilot tools
- Intermediate Excel proficiency, including conditional formatting, managing lists and data tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, pivot tables, and chart creation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and contribute to process improvements
