Test Manager
We are seeking a skilled Test Manager with 10-14 years of experience to lead our testing efforts in a contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end journey testing across multiple systems, including upstream and downstream processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in UK hours (until 10 PM IST).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor junior engineers, driving automation standards and framework improvements.
- Develop, implement, and update Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Strategies.
- Manage and support an offshore team in testing and planning activities.
- Identify test cases for automation and ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Participate actively in weekly and daily status calls with the team.
- Work with network/payment technologies, including debit and credit processing.
- Conduct end-to-end journey testing across multiple systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Selenium for automation testing.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Degree in a relevant field.
Work Arrangements
- Contract position.
- Ability to work UK hours (until 10 PM IST).
