Support Engineer :- MongoDB Administrator (Support)
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Production Support Engineer with 3?5 years of experience to support multiple clients in a Database Administrator capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Willing to work in 24x7 support team
- Own the knowledge management process, including writing, reviewing, and approving knowledge base documents
- Ensure the team demonstrates the highest standards of accountability by effective communication, reporting, and handling/escalating of all technical and functional issues
- Maintain effective project/stakeholder communication
- Anticipate and identify delivery delays or errors and advise customers/stakeholders of progress and actions being taken
- Ensure all Service Level Agreements are honored to required quality and support standards
- Identify areas for improvement and automation in the process
- Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays
- Available on phone/email for off-business hours support
- Share daily/weekly reports with stakeholders and management
- Maintain and update stakeholder contact information for off-hours support team
Requirements
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical support environment
- Experiences on AWS Cloud environments
- Good Database/ETL knowledge
- Good knowledge on SQL queries and NoSQL Queries (Intermediate)
- Working experience on Oracle servers & MS SQL servers
- Knowledge and work experience on Studio3T, DBeaver, OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager)
- Work Experience in MongoDB servers, Redshift Clusters/databases, EC2 servers
- Knowledge on AWS S3, VIRTUAL Private Cloud, Security Groups, Networking, Route 53, Volumes, Subnets
- Work Experience on My SQL Aurora & RDS DB Servers, Informatica ETL tool, IICS agents
- Work experience on Linux Servers and good knowledge on basic Linux Commands
- Work experience on Ticketing tools i.e Service Now and Jira, CSM
- Proven ability to learn and apply new skills and processes rapidly
- Strong knowledge on Microsoft Office 365 especially Excel (Macros, Pivots, Worksheets and add-ins)
- Proficient critical thinking, problem solving, decision making and troubleshooting capabilities
- Results and detail-oriented approach to work delivery and output
- Solid organizational, time management and prioritization skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Type: Full-time
- Remote: Hybrid ? office presence required on Fridays
- Work Schedule: 24x7 support team, including weekends and public holidays
