Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow, especially HRSD, to join our team and contribute to impactful enterprise implementations.
Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.

Support ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Case Management, and HRSD.

Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.

Work with US-based stakeholders, ensuring a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with PST for meetings, requirement gathering, and sprint planning.

Participate in UAT, create test cases, and validate solutions before deployment.

Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.

Prepare documentation, process flows, BRDs, and training materials.

Provide regular status updates to leadership and project teams.
Qualifications:
-
8?10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Product Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow.

Strong working experience with ServiceNow HRSD.

Solid understanding of core ServiceNow modules and custom application development.

Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to independently lead meetings with business and technical stakeholders.

Prior experience with US-based teams; must be flexible for PST overlap.

Experience with ServiceNow reporting, workflows, and integrations (preferred).

Good documentation skills (BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows).

Exposure to ServiceNow Security modules.

Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules) is a plus.

Experience with platform upgrades or migrations.
Certifications:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).

ServiceNow HRSD certification (preferred).
