Yokogawa India Limited is seeking a Senior Supervisor based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. This is a contract position that requires a candidate with a strong background in various types of cabinets including system, marshalling, IR, networking, and server cabinets. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electrical Engineering and experience ranging from 3 to 6 years.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation and maintenance of system, marshalling, IR, network, and server cabinets.
• Supervise a team of technicians, ensuring high standards of workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.
• Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure project timelines and specifications are met.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of cabinet systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide training and support to team members on best practices in cabinet management.
• Prepare and maintain accurate reports and documentation related to cabinet installations and maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in cabinet management.
• Proficiency in working with various types of cabinets (system, marshalling, IR, network, server).
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety regulations.

• Salary Range: 1 to 4 million INR annually
