Senior SCM (Manufacturing) Oracle Functional Consultant
We are seeking a Senior SCM (Manufacturing) Oracle Functional Consultant with 8-12 years of experience to join our Information Technology division in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This full-time role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules and a solid understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes. The consultant will manage end-to-end implementation projects, drive successful project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, and day-to-day support issues, ensuring user satisfaction and process continuity.
- Handle complete supply chain and manufacturing Oracle Fusion modules for all business units.
- Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure functional and technical alignment of project-related systems.
- Develop, manage, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved service delivery issues and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Guide and mentor internal project teams, offering leadership and expertise throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Resolve complex system or process issues by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligning them with business requirements.
- Lead workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Define, document, and manage project deliverables including functional requirements, testing scenarios, and rollout plans.
- Partner with cross-functional business departments to enhance system utilization and automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a relevant discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing systems.
- Professional certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing, project management, and ITIL.
- Strong/Expert level experience in Oracle Fusion modules: Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Order Management.
- Good implementation experience/exposure in modules: Inventory, Maintenance, Sourcing, Product Costing, Procurement Contracts.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion technical areas: OTBI, Data Load, Security, Workflow.
- Handled all ERP lifecycle phases: analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Strong understanding of module integration with other Oracle Fusion process areas.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred.
