Senior Projects Oracle Fusion Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Projects Oracle Fusion Consultant to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, particularly in project management and related areas, with a proven track record of successful implementations and project lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead solution design and delivery for Oracle Fusion cloud project modules (PPM, P6, and Unifier), ensuring high-quality, integrated implementations aligned with business objectives.
- Implement the complete integrated platform with Oracle Fusion PPM, Primavera P6, and Oracle Fusion cloud Unifier, ensuring seamless data flow across these modules/platforms.
- Analyze complex business needs and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions using best practices and product expertise.
- Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure functional and technical alignment of project-related systems.
- Guide and mentor internal project teams, offering leadership, expertise, and decision support throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership, influencing key decisions and ensuring business outcomes are met.
- Resolve complex system or process issues by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Lead workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive business coverage.
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, change requests, and day-to-day support issues raised by the business.
- Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligning them with business requirements and compliance needs.
- Define, document, and manage project deliverables including functional requirements, testing scenarios, and rollout plans.
- Standardize setups, configurations, master data, templates, and documents while monitoring system usage across PPM, P6, and Unifier modules.
- Collaborate with development teams to generate customized reports and workflows that enable automation.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or any relevant discipline.
- 8 years of experience in Oracle Fusion cloud PPM and EBS.
- Strong/expert level experience in Oracle Fusion modules: Project Foundation, Project Management, Project Costing, Project Contract Management.
- Implementation experience in Project Billing/Invoicing, Resource Management, Project Asset Management.
- Experience interfacing with Primavera P6, Oracle Cloud Unifier, Finance (AP & AR), OTL.
- Experience in OCI/OIC integration with 3rd party systems, OTBI, Data Load, Security, and Workflow.
- Proven experience in solution architecture and end-to-end ERP project lifecycle management.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, team handling, reporting, and problem-solving effectively.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
