Senior Program Director ? GCC Setup & Strategic Initiatives
Algihaz Holdings is seeking a highly experienced Senior Program Director to lead the setup and strategic initiatives of our Global Capability Center (GCC) in Chennai, India. This role is pivotal in translating our GCC strategy into structured programs and outcomes, ensuring disciplined delivery across various workstreams including People, Process, Technology, Data, Infrastructure, and Governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the foundation, design, mobilization, and stabilization phases of GCC setup.
- Design and own integrated programs across shared services, Centers of Excellence (COEs), governance, and infrastructure.
- Ensure phased readiness for launch, scale, and value realization.
- Lead HR, Finance, Procurement, and IT Shared Services activation.
- Drive Engineering and Functional COEs, transition, and demand planning.
- Manage interdependencies, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.
- Design and run SteerCo, Operating Reviews, and escalation forums.
- Establish PMO cadence, dashboards, and value realization tracking.
- Act as a single source of truth on program status and risks.
- Partner with Group GCC Lead, Business Unit Heads, and Functional Leaders.
- Work closely with external partners and advisors.
- Enable decisions through data-backed recommendations and clear trade-offs.
- Drive structured change management, communications, and adoption.
- Support leadership hiring, onboarding, and capability institutionalization.
- Ensure transitions are sustainable and not person-dependent.
Requirements
- 15?20+ years in Program, Transformation, GCC, or Shared Services leadership.
- Proven experience setting up or scaling GCCs or enterprise shared services.
- Strong exposure to EPC, Energy, Infrastructure, or complex global organizations.
- CXO-level stakeholder management and board-ready communication experience.
- Education: Engineering degree.
