Senior Oracle Integration Cloud Consultant
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Oracle Integration Cloud Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Integration Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and architecture, along with proven expertise in Oracle's cloud integration platforms. This role will involve overseeing the administration and support of all Oracle cloud integration technologies, ensuring high performance and resilience of integration functionalities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and support of all Oracle cloud integration technologies and custom developed integration technologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance integration functionality and resilience.
- End-to-end implementation of application interface creation using OIC, BIP, and VBCS.
- Work with Servco business unit Oracle analysts to ensure the successful and timely implementation of all Oracle functionality enhancements, upgrades, and patches, including assisting in all required regression testing.
- Collaborate with users and vendors to identify functional and technical gaps, create work estimates, oversee integration designs, and develop custom solutions to fulfill business unit requirements.
- Identify bugs and create and track all related Oracle Service Requests (SR) to resolution.
- Ensure Oracle support vendors meet all contractual requirements, including service level agreements and deliverables.
- Maintain a high level of customer service in support of business operations.
- Handle third-party interactions, API integrations, and mapping with OIC and Oracle Fusion.
- Maintain proficiency in Oracle technical expertise through all available training.
Requirements
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of experience, with at least 6 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud platform.
- Certified in Oracle Application Integration OIC Platform.
- Proven experience in total software development, architecture, OIC, OCI, VBCS, BIP, OTBI, BICC, ATP, ORDS, Web Services (SOAP & REST using XML/JSON Payloads), and solution design experience.
- Expertise in Oracle Cloud Integration Platform (Application Integration, Process, Visual Builder, and/or Insight Analytics), Oracle BPM Suite, Oracle SOA, and/or Oracle SaaS/ERP application integration, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), BPEL, BAM.
- Excellent understanding of Authentication and Authorization solutions inherent in SaaS (HCM, ERP, and CX).
- Effective communication skills with strong proficiency in English.
- Critical thinking and attention to detail.
