Senior Consultant ? Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with expertise in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing processes, particularly within the Oracle Fusion SCM landscape. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience, including hands-on project implementations, and will serve as a subject matter expert to drive process improvements and solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on Oracle?s best practices for implementing Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing (SCM) business processes.
- Lead workshops to gather business requirements, influence the adoption of standard Oracle processes, and identify gaps while minimizing development efforts.
- Mentor and train other Oracle SCM functional consultants, supporting their growth and learning.
- Provide technical leadership in prioritizing, scoping, estimating, planning, and delivering Oracle SCM business process solutions.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting agreed standards, and effectively communicate the status of tasks, raising risks and dependencies as necessary.
- Analyze new projects, solutions, and configuration changes to ensure optimal implementation and avoid conflicts with existing processes.
- Conduct feasibility studies and process design reviews, demonstrating profound knowledge of assigned Oracle modules.
- Support existing Oracle SCM implementations and resolve incidents based on predefined processes.
- Document all aspects of the Oracle SCM implementation, including business blueprints, application configurations, and user manuals.
- Continuously enhance and improve existing business cycles in collaboration with business users.
- Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, tracking customer satisfaction.
- Design and standardize business processes and configurations where applicable.
- Propose tools and platforms to enhance user experience and productivity.
- Monitor user licenses and ensure optimal usage of Oracle user licenses.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, Business Management, or related qualifications.
- One or more Oracle Supply Chain Management & Manufacturing Cloud certifications.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM business processes.
- At least 3 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle SCM modules.
- Hands-on project implementation experience with Oracle Fusion SCM, preferably for Gulf customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Project management experience and ability to estimate financial impacts of solution architecture alternatives.
- Self-motivated with strong analytical skills and a team player mentality.
