Overview paragraph: We are seeking a skilled Scrum Master to facilitate Agile ceremonies, coach teams on Agile principles, and manage stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile frameworks, conflict resolution, and metrics tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Coach teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Manage stakeholders and resolve conflicts
• Track metrics (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time)

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban)
• Proven ability to facilitate Agile ceremonies
• Experience in coaching teams on Agile principles and continuous improvement
• Conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with metrics tracking (velocity, burndown charts, cycle time)
• Jira or equivalent agile management tools
• Knowledge of ALM (IBM) suite (RNG, EWM, ETM) for backlog and requirement tracking
