SCM Trainee

Job Description ? Supply Chain Management (SCM) Executive 

Position Summary 

The SCM Executive will support end-to-end supply chain operations by managing client orders, vendor coordination, contract compliance, procurement documentation, and operational reporting while ensuring process efficiency and service excellence. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Review Client Agreements, Purchase Orders (POs), MSAs, SoWs, and NDAs for compliance. 

• Create and manage Internal Work Orders and Vendor Purchase Orders. 

• Coordinate supplier onboarding, vendor registration, and stakeholder communications. 

• Maintain contract lifecycle activities, including renewals, amendments, and compliance tracking. 

• Perform Engineering PO analysis, travel bill verification, and margin reporting. 

• Execute SAP Fieldglass activities and maintain accurate operational records. 

• Prepare MIS reports and ensure timely completion of assigned deliverables. 

• Identify and resolve supply chain issues while maintaining high service standards.
