SCM Client Service Lead - Oracle Fusion
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SCM Client Service Lead specializing in Oracle Fusion to manage end-to-end implementation projects and provide day-to-day support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various Oracle Fusion modules and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SCM implementation projects, rollouts, change requests, and day-to-day support issues raised by the business, ensuring user satisfaction and process continuity.
- Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure functional and technical alignment of project-related systems.
- Develop, manage, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Act as the escalation point for unresolved service delivery issues.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure service excellence.
- Guide and mentor internal project teams, offering leadership, expertise, and decision support throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Resolve complex system or process issues by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.
- Raise, monitor, and coordinate resolution of service requests (SRs) with Oracle and internal technical teams.
- Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligning them with business requirements and compliance needs.
- Lead workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive business coverage.
- Define, document, and manage project deliverables including functional requirements, testing scenarios, and rollout plans.
- Standardize setups, configurations, master data, templates, and documents.
- Monitor system usage across SCM modules, dashboards, and reports including business KPIs/metrics for ROI and proactively identify and resolve improper practices.
- Collaborate with development teams to generate customized reports and workflows that enable automation.
- Stabilize and support specialized modules like Maintenance Cloud, PARS (PMV Asset Rental Solution), and Supplier Qualification through user workshops and root-cause analysis.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM and EBS SCM systems.
- Strong/expert level experience in Oracle Fusion modules: Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory, Sourcing, Supplier Portal/Qualification.
- Good implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Procurement Contracts module preferred.
- Experience in Oracle Fusion technical areas: OTBI, Data Load (Data Migration), Security (SOD, Roles and Profile), Workflow.
- Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, root cause analysis, and critical thinking capabilities.
- Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a relevant discipline.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM Certification, project management, and ITIL experience are good to have.
