Cadmaxx Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional to join our team in Magadi, Karnataka, India. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in vendor management, compliance, and staffing industry operations. As part of our dynamic organization, you will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor Management: Identify, onboard, and manage vendors as per organizational requirements. Build long-term vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Maintain a vendor database and monitor performance metrics.
• Contracts & Compliance: Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
• Purchase Orders & Quotations: Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs). Request and evaluate quotations from vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness. Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize value for the organization.
• Billing & Payments: Review vendor invoices for accuracy against POs and contracts. Coordinate with finance for timely billing and payment processing. Resolve discrepancies related to vendor payments.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, HR, Projects) to fulfill resource and service requirements. Support staffing operations through effective vendor sourcing and contract management.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Hands-on experience in staffing industry operations
• Expertise in vendor management and vendor contracts
• Proficiency in Purchase Order (PO) handling, quotations, and billing processes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously
• Knowledge of compliance and documentation standards
