Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales / Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in HR tech / SaaS sales, a consultative selling approach, and a proven ability to exceed targets in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities

Drive the complete sales cycle: lead generation, product demos, proposals, negotiations, and closures.

Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.

Deliver effective, consultative demos of the NextGeek ATS platform, highlighting ROI and business value.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and consistent follow-ups.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve positioning and messaging.

Gather client requirements and share insights to support product enhancements.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates for leadership.

Represent NextGeek at HR tech events, client meetings, and demos.
Required Skills & Experience

5?10 years of B2B SaaS / HR software sales experience.

Proven experience selling to HR leaders, CHROs, TA Heads, or enterprise clients.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Strong experience delivering product demos and managing multiple stakeholders.

Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Must be based in Bangalore or Delhi with flexibility for client visits.
