Responsible AI / Model Risk Specialist
We are seeking a Responsible AI / Model Risk Specialist with 5?8 years of experience in AI governance, model risk management, regulatory compliance, and ethical AI practices. The ideal candidate should have expertise in model validation, explainability, bias testing, fairness assessments, and AI documentation frameworks. The candidate will work closely with Data Scientists, Risk Teams, Compliance Teams, and Business Stakeholders to ensure AI/ML models comply with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform model risk assessments and validation for AI/ML models.
- Conduct explainability, fairness, bias, and stability testing.
- Ensure AI models comply with regulatory and internal governance standards.
- Develop and maintain model documentation and validation reports.
- Collaborate with Data Science and MLOps teams for model governance implementation.
- Evaluate AI systems for ethical and operational risks.
- Monitor model performance, drift, and compliance metrics.
- Support audit and regulatory review processes.
- Recommend mitigation strategies for AI-related risks.
- Maintain AI governance policies and frameworks.
Requirements
- Mandatory Skills: Strong experience in Model Risk Management, AI Governance, Model Validation.
- Expertise in: Python, SQL, Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning concepts.
- Knowledge of: Explainable AI (XAI), Bias and fairness testing, Model documentation, Regulatory compliance.
- Experience with: Model monitoring, Risk assessment frameworks, Governance controls.
- Familiarity with: SHAP, LIME, Fairness metrics.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
