We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Global Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple geographies including North America, Europe, APAC, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate should have experience sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across diverse functions while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and adherence to regional hiring practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for global hiring requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and workforce planning.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking channels.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments.
• Coordinate interview scheduling across different time zones.
• Collaborate with business leaders, HR teams, and hiring managers globally.
• Provide regular recruitment updates and market intelligence.
• Act as a trusted advisor on hiring strategies and talent availability.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding coordination.

• Experience: 2-7 years in recruitment
