Job Title: Payments/POS Test Engineer
Experience: 5+ Years
Location: Bangalore (Onsite)
Role: Quality Engineering ? Packages
Shift Timing: 12 PM ? 9 PM (No remote option)
Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Perform testing of Point of Sale (POS) systems including multiple transaction types, Back Office Solutions (BOS), and various integrations/interfaces.

Conduct physical card testing (Magstripe, EMV Chip, Contactless) on physical POS terminals.

Validate EMV/Chip card transaction flows and analyze end-to-end transaction logs.

Ensure adherence to PA-DSS compliance and support EMV certifications.

Execute testing for Electronic Card Payment Systems, including B2B and B2C cards.

Carry out Certification / Acquirer Certification / Accreditation Testing for card payment solutions.

Apply strong understanding of software development models, test types, and test techniques.

Utilize test management and defect tracking tools; ALM/HPQC experience is an advantage.

Manage and execute end-to-end testing activities.

Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive testing cycles and deliverables.
