QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and experience with various testing tools and frameworks. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure the quality and performance of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Karate DSL and Gatling/Jmeter.
• Perform API testing and ensure the reliability of APIs using tools like Postman and Swagger.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop BDD test cases.
• Participate in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Utilize AWS for testing environments and deployments.
• Provide insights and recommendations for improving testing processes and techniques.

Requirements

• Technical Skills: Karate DSL, Gatling/Jmeter, Java, BDD Framework, AWS, API Testing, Postman/Swagger, SDLC, BDD - Cucumber, Zephyr.
• Education: Degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 3-9 years in QA Automation.
