Pyspark Developer
We are seeking a skilled Pyspark Developer with 5-9 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and Spark, with proficiency in Big Data technologies. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain applications using Pyspark, Spark with Java, or Spark with Scala.
- Utilize Big Data technologies including HDFS, Hive, and SQL for data processing.
- Implement and optimize SQL/NoSQL operations based on database concepts.
- Write UNIX shell scripts for scheduling and running application jobs.
- Analyze and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth application performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Python and Spark (Pyspark, Java, or Scala).
- Strong knowledge of Big Data technologies such as HDFS, Hive, and SQL.
- Expertise in database concepts and SQL/NoSQL operations.
- Familiarity with UNIX shell scripting is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
