Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of the ETP Unify solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning and management, with excellent communication skills and a proven ability to manage customer relationships. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems and retail management software, as well as experience in leading teams in a distributed environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of the ETP Unify solution, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.
• Advise the implementation team on solution positioning and project management best practices.
• Manage project profitability, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee a team of 5 to 10 members, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Maintain a strong understanding of supply chain areas, eCommerce, and retail knowledge.
• Travel as required within South Asia and the Middle East.

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in project management.
• Degree in a relevant field.
• Strong project planning and management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proven customer management capabilities.
• Exposure to ERP or similar enterprise applications implementation lifecycle.
• Certification in project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
• People management skills, particularly in a distributed team structure.
• Able to manage customer engagement on both delivery and commercial fronts.

Work Arrangements

• Contract position.
• Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
• Travel required in South Asia and the Middle East.
