Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager with 6-9 years of experience to lead cross-functional teams in delivering over 20 end-to-end projects utilizing Agile methodologies, including Scrum. This contract position is based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and requires a degree in a relevant field.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct cross-functional teams to deliver projects from requirements gathering through to user acceptance testing, production deployment, and comprehensive documentation, resulting in improved delivery efficiency.
• Foster collaboration across teams, proactively removing bottlenecks to ensure timely project delivery while adhering to governance standards such as Information Security, Operational Risk, and Release Control Board review.
• Facilitate RAID logging, RAG status reporting, and sprint planning to enhance visibility and control throughout Agile ceremonies.
• Own and manage the end-to-end product backlog using JIRA, translating complex business requirements into well-defined epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for seamless sprint execution.
• Drive full delivery lifecycle governance across development, QA, UAT, and production releases, implementing structured hyper care tracking frameworks to ensure quality and stakeholder confidence post-deployment.

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Experience with JIRA for backlog management.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A degree in a relevant field.
