We are seeking a highly skilled Production Support professional with over 10 years of experience to join our team at Infosys. This role involves managing production incidents and problems, ensuring seamless application performance across various platforms in a dynamic IT environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage L2 Incident Management and L3 Problem Management for production support.
• Perform bug fixes, enhancements, and monitoring of jobs.
• Generate reports and coordinate with client teams and other stakeholders.
• Utilize Azure Logic App and Function App for effective production support.
• Design APIs and handle data integration and transformation using liquid templates.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Production Support.
• Strong knowledge in L2 and L3 support processes.
• Experience with Azure Logic App and Function App.
• Proficiency in API design and data integration.
• Familiarity with data transformation techniques, particularly using liquid templates.
• Relevant degree in a related field.
