Job Title: Product Manager

Role Summary


Support the product team in requirement gathering, feature planning, coordination with engineering/design, and monitoring product performance across the lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities


  • Translate user needs into clear requirements, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.

  • Conduct competitive research, user interviews, and basic market analysis.

  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams for timely delivery of features.

  • Monitor product metrics, user behaviour, and release performance.

  • Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and documentation.



Hard Skills


  1. PRD & Requirement Writing

    • Ability to write structured feature specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  2. Product Analytics Basics

    • Ability to read dashboards, funnels, retention metrics (tools: GA, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or internal analytics).

  3. Wireframing Tools

    • Comfortable creating simple wireframes using Figma, Balsamiq, or Miro.

  4. Basic API & Technical Understanding

    • Ability to understand how APIs work (requests, responses, JSON), and work with tools like Postman.

  5. Project/Backlog Management Tools

    • Working knowledge of Jira, ClickUp, Asana, or similar tools for sprint coordination.
