Process Specialist
We are seeking an experienced Process Specialist to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience in performing journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close support, SAP postings, and assisting with UAT and reporting. This is a contract position, and the ideal candidate will have a Bcom degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support
- Assist with UAT and reporting
- End-to-end RTR activities, including SAP S4, GL accounting, reconciliations, and journal entry preparation
- Handle stakeholder management
- Support audits and transitions
- Perform balance sheet reconciliation ownership, JE review, variance analysis, and audit support
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Bcom degree
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4HANA, GL accounting, and month-end close processes
- Experience with reconciliations, fixed assets accounting, intercompany accounting, and reconciliation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
