We are seeking a highly skilled Primavera P6 & Oracle Unifier Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting project portfolio management (PPM) solutions, integrating them with Oracle Fusion, and driving digital transformation across project-intensive environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Primavera solutions including Oracle Primavera P6 and Oracle Primavera Unifier.
- Configure EPS, OBS, calendars, resources, roles, and project structures in P6.
- Design and implement Unifier business processes, workflows, cost controls, and document management.
- Customize forms, shells, and reports in Unifier.
- Work with Oracle Fusion Cloud modules such as ERP, PPM, Financials, and Procurement.
- Design and implement integrations between Primavera (P6/Unifier) and Oracle Fusion.
- Ensure data consistency across systems (cost, schedule, contracts, and procurement).
- Support APIs, middleware, and integration tools (e.g., REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Develop and maintain project schedules, baselines, and forecasts.
- Implement earned value management (EVM) and cost tracking.
- Build dashboards and reports using BI tools and Primavera analytics.
- Provide insights into project performance, risks, and delays.
- Collaborate with business users, project managers, finance teams, and IT stakeholders.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and translate them into system configurations.
- Provide functional and technical guidance to users.
- Troubleshoot issues in P6, Unifier, and Fusion integrations.
- Optimize system performance and improve workflows.
- Provide training, documentation, and user support.
Requirements
- B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA, IT or equivalent.
- 7-10 years of experience in Primavera P6 and Oracle Unifier.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion applications.
- Experience with integration tools (REST/SOAP, Oracle Integration Cloud).
- Proficiency in project controls and reporting.
