Project Management Officer (PMO)

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Officer (PMO) to lead and oversee project planning and execution within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical leadership skills and a deep understanding of project management methodologies. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Execution: Define project scope by clarifying goals, deliverables, and timelines with stakeholders; Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Technical Leadership: Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams, translating requirements; Provide technical guidance, support decisions, and select appropriate tools and technologies.
• Architecture Design: Review and validate the solution proposal to ensure scalable and secure application architectures.
• Code Review: Ensure Toyota best practices and maintain code quality through regular reviews.
• Mentorship: Coach team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements and work with cross-functional teams (BU and development) for seamless execution.
• Problem Solving: Identify and solve technical problems efficiently.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Delivery and Post Project Support: Oversee project delivery to meet requirements and provide post-delivery support.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage scope changes; Ensure project remains aligned with business goals through proactive risk management.
• Quality Assurance: Collaborate with testing teams to develop test plans, scenarios, and scripts. Participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
• Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with policies, legal requirements, and regulations; Maintain accurate and comprehensive project documentation.
• Documentation and Knowledge Management: Maintain documentation and knowledge repositories and ensure all artifacts are accessible and up to date.
• Adaptability in Fast-Paced Environments: Adapt to changing requirements and priorities quickly; Manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic environments.
• Stay Updated: Keep current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience: 8-10 years in project management, preferably in a technical environment.
• Required Technology: Experience with Cloud-Based SAAS solutions and data integration with enterprise platforms on Java tech stack is preferred.
