We are seeking a Physics AI Consultant to join our team at Autoliv, under the payroll of Cadmaxx Solutions Pvt Ltd, located in Bangalore. This contract role requires a candidate with 4 to 8 years of experience in the field of Physics and AI. The consultant will provide technical advisory and support for proof of concept (POC) initiatives, focusing on the integration of AI methodologies into engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical advisory and POC support for Physics-Based AI implementations.
• Identify and evaluate engineering and simulation problems suitable for AI solutions.
• Support the development and execution of selected POCs, including Physics-Informed Neural Networks (PINNs), AI-driven simulation, surrogate modeling, reduced-order models, and AI-assisted workflows.
• Collaborate with CAD, CAE, and Simulation teams to embed AI methodologies into existing workflows to enhance efficiency, prediction accuracy, and automation.
• Mentor team members, conduct knowledge-transfer sessions, and support the creation of reusable frameworks and best practices.
• Contribute to defining a future roadmap for AI adoption in engineering simulation and design.
• Deliverables include identification and guidance for Physics AI POCs, technical mentoring and training sessions, and best-practice documentation and recommendations.
