Physical Design Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Physical Design Engineer with 4-12 years of experience to join our team at E Info Chips, under the payroll of Cadmaxx Solutions Pvt Ltd. This role is based in multiple locations including Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Noida. The ideal candidate will have in-depth experience in physical design implementation and signoff at the block level for 16/7nm technology nodes.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and sign off physical design at block level for 16/7nm technology nodes.
• Conduct floor planning, clock tree synthesis (CTS), static timing analysis (STA), and physical verification.
• Understand timing constraints and their implications on design.
• Utilize ICC2, Innovus, Calibre, Formality, and LEC tool sets effectively.
• Develop automation scripts using shell, TCL, Perl, or Python.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 4-12 years of experience in physical design engineering.
• Strong experience with physical design implementation and signoff.
• Proficiency in floor planning, CTS, STA, and physical verification.
• Familiarity with ICC2, Innovus, Calibre, Formality, and LEC tools.
• Basic understanding of timing constraints.
• Automation skills in shell, TCL, Perl, or Python.
