Performance Testing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Testing Engineer to join our team for a weekend drive on 16th May. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and engineering, particularly with LoadRunner and Dynatrace, and will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance of our applications in the banking domain.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing and performance engineering using LoadRunner, Dynatrace, and Splunk.
• Analyze performance test results and provide recommendations for improvements.
• Collaborate with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance.
• Prepare and maintain performance testing documentation.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of total experience in performance testing.
• Strong expertise in LoadRunner and Dynatrace.
• Experience in performance testing within the banking domain.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Work Arrangements

• Hybrid work model (3 days a week in the office).
• Shift timings depend on client requirements.
• Work locations include Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore, and Pune.
• Background check required before onboarding.
• Interview process includes a video interview for the first round and a face-to-face interview for the second round.
