Network Engineer

We are seeking a Network Engineer and technical expert to drive the overall solution involving Wireless SD-WAN. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize the organization?s core network services with a deep understanding of Wireless SD-WAN, strong experience handling similar projects, and the ability to secure these systems to ensure seamless deployment and reliable network operations. This is a contract position requiring 5-8 years of experience and based in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a technical expert to drive end-to-end solution design and implementation for Wireless SD-WAN.
• Design and deploy wireless network solutions within a Cisco SD-Access architecture.
• Design and architect Cisco wireless LAN (WLAN) solutions.
• Perform RF design and conduct wireless surveys using Ekahau in complex environments such as factories and outdoor locations.
• Work with Cisco SD-Access and Catalyst Centre to support deployment and operations.
• Use Cisco ISE for wireless authentication and policy enforcement.
• Apply knowledge of Cisco Spaces and wireless location services.
• Secure wireless and network systems to ensure seamless deployment and stable network operations.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in network engineering or wireless networking.
• Strong expertise in Wireless SD-WAN.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco SD-Access and Catalyst Centre.
• Experience designing and deploying Cisco WLAN solutions.
• Proficiency in RF design and Ekahau wireless surveys.
• Experience with Cisco ISE for wireless authentication and policy enforcement.
• Knowledge of Cisco Spaces and wireless location services.
• Ability to work on complex wireless environments including factories and outdoor sites.
• Education: degree.
