MySQL Database Developer
We are seeking a skilled MySQL Database Developer with 4-6 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in SQL, particularly with SQL Server and MySQL, and will be responsible for optimizing query performance and working with large relational databases. This role requires a solid understanding of database concepts and the ability to translate business requirements into effective SQL solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize SQL queries for performance and efficiency.
- Work with large and complex relational databases to support business needs.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into efficient SQL solutions.
- Develop business reports and datasets for Finance, Legal, or Business teams.
- Perform query tuning and performance optimization.
- Utilize indexes, execution plans, joins, subqueries, and CTEs effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 4-6 years of hands-on experience in SQL (SQL Server / MySQL).
- Proven expertise in query tuning and performance optimization.
- Experience with large and complex relational databases.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
