Mobile App Testing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mobile App Testing Engineer with 7-10 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing manual testing of e-commerce features, ensuring the functionality, usability, and compatibility of mobile applications across various devices and operating systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual testing of e-commerce features such as product search, cart management, checkout flows, payment gateways, order tracking, and user accounts.
• Test app functionality, usability, and compatibility across multiple devices, operating systems (iOS and Android), and screen sizes.
• Validate app behavior under various network conditions (e.g., 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi).
• Create detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.
• Execute test cases and document results, including steps to reproduce bugs and expected vs. actual outcomes.
• Identify, log, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Provide clear and concise bug reports with screenshots, logs, and other relevant information.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in mobile app testing.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies.
• Experience with bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.
• Ability to create detailed test cases and scenarios.
• Familiarity with e-commerce applications is a plus.
• A degree in a relevant field.
