Role Summary

Support the product team in planning, researching, and coordinating the development of features across the product lifecycle. Work closely with design, engineering, and business teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery of product initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in defining product requirements, writing PRDs, and maintaining the product backlog.

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and support data-driven decision making.

• Coordinate with engineering and design teams to track feature progress and unblock implementation.

• Monitor product performance, identify issues, and propose improvements.

• Support release planning, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

Core Skills

1. User Research & Problem Understanding ? Ability to gather insights, identify user pain points, and structure findings clearly.

2. Requirement Documentation ? Writing clear PRDs, feature specs, and acceptance criteria.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration ? Working smoothly with tech, design, sales, and support teams.

4. Basic Data Analysis ? Using simple metrics, reports, and dashboards to support decisions.

5. Prioritization & Organization ? Managing backlogs, deadlines, and product tasks reliably.
