Job Title: Junior Developer (Java + JavaScript)

Role Summary

Assist in building and maintaining web applications using Java on the backend and JavaScript/HTML/CSS on the frontend. Work closely with senior developers to implement features, fix bugs, and deliver clean, functional UI and backend logic.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend modules using Core Java.

• Build simple, responsive UI screens using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Fix bugs and contribute to new feature development across frontend and backend.

• Collaborate with senior developers to understand requirements and write clean, structured code.

• Test features end-to-end and ensure smooth functioning across UI + backend.

• Maintain basic documentation for assigned modules.

• Participate in code reviews and follow version control practices.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of Core Java fundamentals (OOPs, collections, exception handling).

• Ability to write clean, functional JavaScript for frontend behavior.

• Good knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3 for building UI layouts.

• Basic understanding of how frontend and backend communicate (HTTP, JSON).

• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.

Good to Have

• Experience with JSP/Servlets or any Java web framework (optional).

• Basic understanding of responsive design.

• Ability to handle simple UI/UX tweaks.

• Knowledge of browser debugging tools.
