ITSM ServiceNow Developer
We are seeking an experienced ITSM ServiceNow Developer with 5-9 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, particularly in third-party integrations, and will be proficient in JavaScript and web development technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.
- Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.
- Experience in configuring Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups, etc.
- Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.
- Write test scripts for integration.
- Utilize ServiceNow APIs effectively.
- Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5-9 years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in third-party integrations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.
