IT Team Lead
We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to oversee our day-to-day IT infrastructure support operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive improvements in service efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure support operations across assigned locations.
- Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident response and resolution.
- Monitor ticket queues, backlog, aging incidents, and service request fulfilment.
- Drive first-call resolution and service efficiency improvements.
- Ensure all incidents are properly logged, tracked, escalated, and closed within defined timelines.
Requirements
- 6-7 years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in incident management and service level agreements.
- Degree in a relevant field.
