We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Data Centre professional to provide Level 2 support for our enterprise IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing and troubleshooting various IT environments, including cloud platforms and server virtualization.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 support for enterprise IT infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Manage and troubleshoot Windows/Linux servers and enterprise network environments.
• Administer and support cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and Intune.
• Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot Zscaler solutions (ZIA/ZPA).
• Support server virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere/ESXi or Hyper-V.
• Manage enterprise backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam, Commvault, Veritas, Rubrik).

Requirements

• 8-12 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Data Centre.
• A degree in a relevant field.
